About the Project 

A new phase on Palm Jebel Ali was announced by Nakheel Properties in Dubai. The estimated date of the development’s completion is 2029 Q4.

A new phase will include four fronds, where luxury villas and mansions with 5-7 bedrooms will be concentrated. There will be separate entrances to the villas. 

In addition to luxury real estate, 4 new shopping malls and 18 hotels & resorts will be constructed on Palm Jebel Ali. The island community will offer future residents a prestigious lifestyle with access to a well-developed entertainment infrastructure.
