Palm Jebel Ali is an artificial archipelago in Dubai. As part of Nakheel's Palm Islands, which include Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Islands, the under-development district is expected to accommodate over 30,000 families.

After completion, Palm Jebel Ali will comprise a network of seven interconnected islands spanning 13.4 square kilometers. The island will boast upscale dining options, beaches, high-end properties, and various leisure attractions.

Palm Jebel Ali is rapidly emerging as Dubai's top-performing area. While some contemplate future relocations to the area, most are particularly intrigued by the potential capital growth amid Dubai's rapid expansion.
